Client Responsibilities
Clients agree that they:
- Have lawful rights to all customer and contact data submitted to our systems
- Will comply with all applicable marketing, privacy, and communication laws
- Will obtain all required consent before sending automated messages
- Will not use our services for spam, harassment, fraud, or unlawful conduct
AI & Automated Responses
Certain services utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to generate communications and workflows. Clients acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete
- Human review may be necessary in certain situations
- Pipeline Advertising is not responsible for decisions made based on automated outputs
- Clients remain responsible for communications sent through our systems
SMS & Email Compliance
By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages: service alerts, appointment reminders, promotional offers, account notifications, and general updates related to our services.
Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to electronic communications, including but not limited to:
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- CAN-SPAM Act
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
- Carrier and telecommunications regulations
Clients must obtain appropriate consent before sending SMS or email communications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Third-Party Services & Platforms
Pipeline Advertising may utilize third-party providers and platforms to deliver services, including GoHighLevel and related infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of third-party platforms or services.
Intellectual Property
All software, workflows, branding, content, systems, and materials provided by Pipeline Advertising remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeline Advertising shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or revenue
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
- Third-party platform outages or failures
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or unlawful use of services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
