This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between Pipeline Advertising ("Processor") and the Client ("Controller").

- AI communication services
- Lead management automation
- Appointment scheduling
- CRM workflows
- Automated messaging services
- Customer engagement solutions
Categories of Data
Data processed may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Appointment information
- Customer communications
- CRM records
- Lead and inquiry data
Processor Obligations
Pipeline Advertising agrees to:
- Process personal data only on documented client instructions
- Maintain commercially reasonable security safeguards
- Ensure confidentiality of processed data
- Assist with applicable data subject requests where required
- Notify clients of confirmed data breaches without undue delay
Subprocessors
Client authorizes Pipeline Advertising to use subprocessors reasonably necessary to provide services, including:
- Cloud hosting providers
- CRM providers
- Analytics providers
- Communication providers
- Automation platforms
- GoHighLevel and related service infrastructure
International Transfers
Where applicable, parties agree to implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where legally required.
Data Deletion
Upon termination of services, personal data may be deleted or returned upon request unless retention is required by law.
